EA has released Dead Space graphic novel short which appears to confirm rumours that the third core entry in the survival-horror series will take place on an icy planet.
It's the first official allusion we've had at the new Dead Space title, which EA plans to release during the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2013. Although the publisher has yet to specifically refer to it as Dead Space 3, based on the popularity of Dead Space 2 the Visceral Games developed sequel is a dead cert.
"While patrolling the planet Uxor, Earthgov Sergeant John Carver witnesses an attack on the Marker Site he guards which changes his life forever. John must now fight his way through a colony now in complete chaos as he begins to discover how important he is in fighting the Necromorph plague. This is just the start of John Carver's saga in the Dead Space Universe."
